ANÁLISE DA RACIONALIDADE DA RELAÇÃO MUNICIPAL DE MEDICAMENTOS DE PELOTAS QUANTO A UTILIZAÇÃO DA HIDROXICLOROQUINA

INTRODUÇÃO: A emergência da pandemia Covid-19, bem como a falta de tratamento eficaz, culminou no reposicionamento medicamentos, hidroxicloroquina (HQ). Porém, ciência já demonstrou eficácia desse medicamento contra o SARS-CoV-2, além orientar sobre cautela na prescrição e/ou descontinuação, principalmente em pacientes idosos (60 anos ou mais). Algumas consequências prolongamento do intervalo QT, arritmia e hipoglicemia foram associadas ao uso HQ durante Covid-19. Assim, percebe-se oportunidade analisar racionalidade Relação Municipal Medicamentos, município Pelotas (RS), contemplar HQ. OBJETIVO: Analisar as interações medicamentosas potencialmente perigosas (IMPP) entre os medicamentos REMUME com HQ; classificá-los Medicamentos Potencialmente Inapropriados para Idosos (MPIs). MÉTODOS: Para identificação IMPP foi utilizado website “drugs.com” e, MPIs Critérios Beers (2019). Os identificados categorizados em: contínuo curta duração, antimicrobianos. RESULTADOS: conta 158 medicamentos. Foram identificadas 32 HQ, sendo 17 envolvendo 14 duração. Entre envolvidos nas IMPP, 9 2 CONCLUSÃO: O conhecimento das podem contribuir prevenção danos relacionados esses conscientizar importância manejo adequado
